Shipping Policy

Bulk Beef (Pickup Only)

We raise and sell bulk beef directly off our family farm. At this time, all beef orders must be picked up in person in Sedalia, Missouri.

We do not ship beef at this time.

Once your processing date is confirmed, we’ll give you pickup details, directions, and the locker’s hours. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pick up beef on time and keep it frozen after pickup.

Merchandise Shipping (Apparel, Hats, etc.)

We ship merchandise anywhere in the continental United States.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days

• Expedited options may appear at checkout

• All orders ship from Missouri

Please note that holiday seasons and carrier delays may extend these timelines. Once a package leaves our ranch or fulfillment center, delivery timing is out of our hands—but we’ll do everything we can to help if something goes wrong.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your merch ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you for reshipment and any additional shipping cost.
