Because each animal is custom-processed for your order, all beef sales are final once the animal has been taken to processing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fill your order.

You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In new condition
• In original packaging (if applicable)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Any item showing wear or use
Email us with your order number and what you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory.
